Stressed out with the recession? Discover the joy of expressing yourself with pen and paper.
Research studies consistently show that writing is good for our mental health. People who write get fewer colds and flus, visit their doctor less, cope better with pain, and have stronger immune systems. Among students, writing has been shown to Improve working memory, improving cognitive ability.
Duration: 2 hours for seven weeks
Time: Saturday mornings from 10:30 – 12:30 beginning Saturday the 26th of October
